Howard Milstein finds :

"I like the DAC212SEII immensely as it is has shown to be a wonderful and beautifully natural performer in its own right ! In certain respects, it has some qualities to its sound replication that some other products may have missed in their fundamental design process ! With previously explored products, I did find that adding a really good Preamp increased my enjoyment of the DAC under inspection. However, in this case, the DiDiT DAC212SEII happened to be an exception to the rule".

“The Reference CD Player used goes in the direction of an Analog Tape Recorder, the Reference Dac excellent decoding of HiRes PCM … but the tested device ... the sound of DSD !

DiDiT shows incredibly, simply shockingly natural imaging. Dutch DAC is flawlessly resolving. Differentiation, resolution & fantastic message culture - very, very good Headphone Amplifier".
